Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Francisco Seco started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Fioriti in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the game, Cain Vieri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Palestra14 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nino Sócrates didn't get a good kick on the ball. Palestra14's Frits Heinel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 11th minute of play. Frits Heinel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 11th minute of play. Maximiliano Escribano took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frits Heinel. Frits Heinel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With his leg Joaquin Gayoso managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Palestra14's Cain Vieri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Frits Heinel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Francisco Seco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Frits Heinel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cain Vieri got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Palestra14's Attilio Torelli got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Fausto Fioriti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palestra14's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Fioriti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Cain Vieri tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frits Heinel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Palestra14's Frits Heinel. Frits Heinel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cain Vieri in the 51st minute of play. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Fioriti in the 54th minute of the match. After 56th play minutes Fausto Fioriti shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Joaquin Gayoso and just under the crossbar into goal. After 60 played minutes Palestra14 got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Fioriti. 63 minutes into the match, Maximiliano Escribano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frits Heinel. Palestra14's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximiliano Escribano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. 66 minutes into the match, Palestra14's goalkeeper Frits Heinel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximiliano Escribano. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Fioriti in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Escribano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Frits Heinel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th match minute, Palestra14 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Del Vecchio to maneuver through the defense. In the 81stth minute of the game Cain Vieri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frits Heinel made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Francisco Seco hit a great ball. Uruguay played a much better game than Palestra14 and deserved their victory. The Palestra14 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
