A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. After 6 played minutes Flinston FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Geoffroy Derveaux. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 7th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Flinston FC - DMZ. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Custódio in the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Tião Donatello hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Tomas Illescas sped through Flinston FC - DMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rogerio Fontarigo. Alex Chicote's late challenge caught a Flinston FC - DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Chicote helped the player get up and apologised. 23 minutes into the match, Tião Donatello dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-1. Tião Donatello came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. In the 31st minute, Patricio Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogerio Fontarigo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 34 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogerio Fontarigo. Flinston FC - DMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 37th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Custódio in the 38th minute of the match. Reginaldo Veiga charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reginaldo Veiga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Flinston FC - DMZ's Reginaldo Veiga got a free kick in the 39th minute. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Custódio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tião Donatello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rogerio Fontarigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Correa, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Herruz in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jefferson da Silva's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jefferson da Silva helped the player get up and apologised. Jefferson da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th match minute, Flinston FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reginaldo Veiga to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Flinston FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Rogerio Fontarigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Tião Donatello scored 2-3 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle went the supporters of Venezuela were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Flinston FC - DMZ side.
