The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot.

With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Ayhan Diriğ tried to sneak it across the goal line. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bircan Tacik in the 82nd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caner Ersoy made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Arif Egemen Kural tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bakırköy SK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
