Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli in the 55th minute of the match. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 57th minute. Chile's Mariano Lacasa was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mustafa Cumhur Suergin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thiago Pliego having to make a save. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Mariano Lacasa sped through İdmanocağı FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mustafa Cumhur Suergin. The Chile fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Chile's Mariano Lacasa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mustafa Cumhur Suergin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Casaus in the 78th minute of play. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Ahmet Çağrı Tecelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
