Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Boruc was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After some careless play in the GIOVANNI DZIADZIA defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iker Boruc. The GIOVANNI DZIADZIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iker Boruc should have stopped the shot. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Remo Paraense fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Remo Paraense tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iker Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Saelices, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. Remo Paraense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Luis Andino notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Iker Boruc. Iker Boruc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute Remo Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 minutes, Remo Paraense made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Iker Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iker Boruc. GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. If Remo Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remo Paraense to strike the kick off in the second half. Remo Paraense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by GIOVANNI DZIADZIA's Remo Paraense. But to his dismay, Remo Paraense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remo Paraense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remo Paraense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Remo Paraense might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remo Paraense ran back to his position shaking his head. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remo Paraense in the 84th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes GIOVANNI DZIADZIA got a freekick which was hit by Sergiy Ramos. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iker Boruc firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to GIOVANNI DZIADZIA getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Wieslaw Zakrzewski hit a great ball.
