The audience thought a goal was coming when Ðuza Glowacz got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Luis Cazalla hit a great ball. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Ðuza Glowacz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ðuza Glowacz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Zhou Ke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abram Sarmiento went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Orlando Tafalla made in the 24th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Santino Seco however managed to control. In the 28th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhou Ke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the KS Górce Bemowo defense, Kevin Mastache kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zhou Ke. The KS Górce Bemowo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zhou Ke should have stopped the shot. Zhou Ke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Montenegro's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Olaf Spychalski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the game, KS Górce Bemowo's Ðuza Glowacz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. KS Górce Bemowo's Manga Escobar was substituted for Janusz Winograd. In the 63rd minute, Ðuza Glowacz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. KS Górce Bemowo's Zhou Ke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save KS Górce Bemowo from getting a goal against them. Zhou Ke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 70th minute of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remy Van Eyken in the 71st minute of play.
