Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Per-Olof Tunström started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Per-Olof Tunström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fastnet's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Olof Tunström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Puig's late challenge caught a Fastnet's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lautaro Puig helped the player get up and apologised. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got his second yellow card of the match in the 13th minute. The referee ordered Lautaro Puig off the ground. Fastnet made a substitution. Karl-Michael Unesson replaced Martin Pihlwall. Fastnet's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ulf Löfskog in the 19th minute. Anthon Finnman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. Per-Olof Tunström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Axel Tasis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fastnet's Sören Klintæus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sören Klintæus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Alcocer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sören Klintæus made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Axel Tasis sent off a good shot on target. Abel Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Anthon Finnman came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Per-Olof Tunström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fastnet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 38th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 39 played minutes, Fastnet's Ulf Löfskog shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fastnet reached it. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthon Finnman in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. Axel Tasis hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthon Finnman in the 53rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Ferrant charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Ferrant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Hugo Ferrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Per-Olof Tunström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Fastnet's Sören Klintæus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 69th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 77 minutes, Benito Sanz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthon Finnman in the 84th minute of the match. If Per-Olof Tunström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Fastnet's Anthon Finnman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. When the match was over Fastnet could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Costa Rica throughout the match.
