Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Antonio Navarro sent off a good shot on target. Peru's Milagros Fraga quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Joel Lember, made in the 55th minute of the game. After 58 played minutes Fc Urva United got a freekick which was hit by Joel Lember. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Urva United's goalkeeper Tõnu Ainola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 70th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tõnu Ainola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Fc Urva United's Rolando Noboa threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edgar Randoja, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 75 minutes into the game, Alonso Berganza threw the ball into play from the sideline. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Gallo in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tõnu Ainola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peru's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
