The Cave
Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes in the game Mei Sen Quan did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Martin Zachrisson. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Martin Zachrisson sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute, Sebastian Villa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kent Kyrk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Honduras booed when Hårdmen Slak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wada Pedson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Villa in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kent Kyrk saved Hårdmen Slak from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, Hårdmen Slak's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Kent Kyrk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt Termander in the 26th minute of play. Honduras's attentive Christian Sancho managed to snatch the ball when Mei Sen Quan made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. In the 29th minute, Edmundo Espiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kent Kyrk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mei Sen Quan in the 42 minute of the game. After the first half Honduras were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 52 minutes of play, Hårdmen Slak's Bengt Termander made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Sebastian Villa hit a great ball. Bengt Termander struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hårdmen Slak. 62 minutes into the game, Mei Sen Quan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in Hårdmen Slak's zone, Luca Espinar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kent Kyrk came out of the goal and Luca Espinar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mei Sen Quan made in the 67th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Martin Zachrisson. In the 68th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Espiga to maneuver through the defense. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Zachrisson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Zachrisson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kent Kyrk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After having played for 93 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The throw-in from Valentín Carvallo in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hårdmen Slak's Mei Sen Quan. When the final whistle sounded Honduras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hårdmen Slak.
