Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Norström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Zorita. Calcio Brigate Rossonere's Elliot Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 13th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Calcio Brigate Rossonere's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Agustín Saelices made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Calcio Brigate Rossonere's Elliot Norström managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Calcio Brigate Rossonere's Nils-Emil Jespersson got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sun Lightfoot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calcio Brigate Rossonere's Elliot Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 33rd minute of play. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Sun Lightfoot made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Elliot Norström in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sun Lightfoot, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Norström having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elliot Norström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the game, Manfred Näfver was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calcio Brigate Rossonere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The Calcio Brigate Rossonere fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
