The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Costa during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 2nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuddusî Yalgın having to interfere. Kuddusî Yalgın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bostanci FK's Kuddusî Yalgın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bostanci FK's Atakan Nebi got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 28 played minutes Bostanci FK got a freekick which was hit by Atakan Nebi. Atakan Nebi kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Olaf Ciborek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Tükelay in the 40th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelebi Taşan in the 41st minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Çelebi Taşan struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bostanci FK. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kuddusî Yalgın read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Yusuf Tükelay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bostanci FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Kuddusî Yalgın was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomas Illescas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 70 minute of play. Bostanci FK made a substitution. Ercan Cezlan replaced Yusuf Tükelay. The supporters of Bostanci FK booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kuddusî Yalgın having to interfere. In the 95th minute Olaf Ciborek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle went the supporters of Venezuela were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Bostanci FK side.
