Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas made the kick off and thus started the match. When Zbyszek Tarka came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Inter Milano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zbyszek Tarka couldn't finish the play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszek Tarka in the 7th minute of play. Zbyszek Tarka scored 1-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zachary Zjawin kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wasyl Pietras having to interfere. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Wasyl Pietras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcin Kosiorek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 26th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andrzej Dzerwucki shot from long distance in the 27th minute, but Jonathan Ferrant was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. 29 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zbyszek Tarka. In the 34th minute, Radowit Kornasiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wasyl Pietras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radowit Kornasiewicz to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszek Tarka in the 51st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Radowit Kornasiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Radowit Kornasiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radowit Kornasiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wasyl Pietras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 61st minute. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wasyl Pietras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Wasyl Pietras made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 62nd minute. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wasyl Pietras having to interfere. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Inter Milano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Lombas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Wasyl Pietras when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 75 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Kornasiewicz came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Inter Milano's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Inter Milano's Wasyl Pietras did a great save. The Venezuela fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Radowit Kornasiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Inter Milano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radowit Kornasiewicz couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fryderyk Grabski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Zbyszek Tarka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zbyszek Tarka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 89th minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcin Kosiorek, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Inter Milano.
