The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pelle Flinck to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Noboa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 61 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Alcocer. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot 81 in the game by Axel Tasis from a close distance when the talented Dan Bergstedt managed to make a qualified save. Jämjö IFK's players were relieved. When Pelle Flinck came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Jämjö IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pelle Flinck couldn't finish the play.
