Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, FC Ruh Lviv's Duda Vargas got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Myroslav Akymenko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yarema Rybka kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, FC Ruh Lviv's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Marcelo Barovero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Barovero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 15 played minutes FC Ruh Lviv got a freekick which was hit by Yarema Rybka. In the 20th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 27th minute of play forced FC Ruh Lviv's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Barovero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yarema Rybka kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Marcelo Barovero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 30th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Primitivo Andino threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Ruh Lviv's Pylyp Vitvitskyi quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 35 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Barovero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marcelo Barovero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute of play forced FC Ruh Lviv's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC Ruh Lviv defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelo Barovero. The FC Ruh Lviv fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelo Barovero should have stopped the shot. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Marcelo Barovero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chumo Palmero came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the FC Ruh Lviv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chumo Palmero couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th minute, Chumo Palmero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Pylyp Vitvitskyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pylyp Vitvitskyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. FC Ruh Lviv's Marcelo Barovero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save FC Ruh Lviv from getting a goal against them. Marcelo Barovero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute of the match Vyacheslav Androsenko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera skillfully saved the ball. Marcelo Barovero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 79th minute of the match. Marcelo Barovero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 81st minute. FC Ruh Lviv's Marcelo Barovero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes FC Ruh Lviv's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Zorita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marcelo Barovero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Barovero having to interfere. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Ruh Lviv's goalkeeper Marcelo Barovero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
