Nahuel Catrileo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute Amaru Marileo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nahuel Catrileo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Amaru Marileo managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.F. Leftraro's supporters rose to their feet, but Amaru Marileo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amaru Marileo in the 15th minute of play. If Cassius Byrne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute Sebati Doğulu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Eduardo Schmidt got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 27 minutes into the game, C.F. Leftraro's Gerard Utrera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amaru Marileo in the 32nd minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebati Doğulu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marco Day. That made the score 2-0 in the 33 minute of play. Cassius Byrne hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Theobald Sadin kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cassius Byrne to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Monty Rogers in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nahuel Catrileo saved C.F. Leftraro from getting behind. 57 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Sebati Doğulu came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eduardo Schmidt who took care of the corner kick. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amaru Marileo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. C.F. Leftraro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eduardo Schmidt in the 62nd minute. C.F. Leftraro made a substitution. Camilo Tassara replaced Chico Ernesti. After 69 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Edward Mcdonald. If Sam Campbell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.F. Leftraro made a substitution. Lautaro Millanao replaced Gerard Utrera. Nahuel Catrileo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 82nd minute of play forced C.F. Leftraro's goalkeeper Nahuel Catrileo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amaru Marileo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Day having to interfere. USA made a substitution. If Jonatán Gebler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, C.F. Leftraro's Niceto Baettig got a free kick in the 96th minute. Amaru Marileo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Many of USA's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. USA may have spent more time on the ball, but C.F. Leftraro were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
