The audience was convinced that Luis Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the match, Circus BAF's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Circus BAF's Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 24th minute of play. When Timmy Simons fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Circus BAF's protests and gave Timmy Simons a yellow card for diving instead. 27 minutes into the game, Dylan Geerts was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Circus BAF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot having to interfere. In the 44th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 70 minutes into the match, Circus BAF's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Circus BAF getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Steffen Hemelaers hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Juan Ignacio Van Landschoot, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Circus BAF getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Dylan Geerts hit a great ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommy Van Gertsuyden in the 95th minute of play. The Circus BAF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
