In the 24th minute, Sven-Arne Lindgren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camilo Freixa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When Edgar Stenberg came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Jesus Lärjungar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Stenberg couldn't finish the play. After having played for 32 minutes, Sven-Arne Lindgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jesus Lärjungar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Arne Lindgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Stenberg in the 37th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bolivia's Camilo Freixa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Bolivia from getting a goal against them. When Alfonso de la Cruz fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Alfonso de la Cruz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Alfonso de la Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Per-Erik Alström sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bolivia's Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mario Fernandino made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Simon Larsson to make any attempt to save it. 57 minutes into the match, Bolivia's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Stenberg came free, but Camilo Freixa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mario Fernandino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes Jesus Lärjungar got a freekick which was hit by Jan Wickander. In the 70th minute, Joshua Miralles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, a hard, long distance shot from Per-Erik Alström hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Sven-Arne Lindgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. The Jesus Lärjungar fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Jesus Lärjungar's Edgar Stenberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Marc Apelkvist made in the 91st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Bolivia's Alfonso de la Cruz. In the 96thth minute of the game Sven-Arne Lindgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bolivia's Camilo Freixa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Arne Lindgren in the 97th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jesus Lärjungar had played much better football throughout.
