With 3 minutes on the clock, Davy Chatry commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lambres! The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Steven Grenard was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Hugo Rochon kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Hugo Rochon charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Rochon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Honduras booed when Lambres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Rochon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Lambres's goalkeeper Steven Grenard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Tafalla in the 27th minute of play forced Lambres's goalkeeper Steven Grenard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute of the match Honduras got a corner. Lambres's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edmundo Espiga ran over to the corner to take the kick. Steven Grenard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Villa, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Didier Bachellerie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. After 37 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Carvallo. In the 38th minute of the match Hugo Rochon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 40th minute of play forced Lambres's goalkeeper Steven Grenard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Auguste Macaigne, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Didier Bachellerie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lambres's supporters rose to their feet, but Didier Bachellerie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cyril Toulalan kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Cyril Toulalan hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Espiga to strike the kick off in the second half. Cyril Toulalan made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Didier Bachellerie immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of Honduras booed when Lambres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brian Pontoizeau didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Luca Espinar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a free kick in the 66th minute. Edmundo Espiga took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steven Grenard. Steven Grenard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When Edmundo Espiga came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmundo Espiga couldn't finish the play. Lambres's Steven Grenard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 76th minute of play. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steven Grenard having to interfere. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cyril Toulalan, made in the 84th minute of the game. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. When Honduras's Edmundo Espiga in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lambres's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Lambres getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Brian Pontoizeau hit a great ball. The throw-in from Cyril Toulalan in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Honduras walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
