Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Arjen de Boer made the kick off and thus started the match. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Arjen de Boer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Arjen de Boer sent off a good shot on target. After 7 minutes of play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan de Boer was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 14 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. 16 minutes into the match, Sons of Strategy's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Jan de Boer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Henk van Zwieten made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Henk van Zwieten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Arjen de Boer came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilco Heida in the 23rd minute of play. Mike Westerink kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Arjen de Boer tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Wilco Heida put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arjen de Boer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 39 minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Sons of Strategy's Henk van Zwieten dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Arjen de Boer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sons of Strategy's supporters rose to their feet, but Arjen de Boer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Sons of Strategy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arjen de Boer to maneuver through the defense. Arnold Pool scored 6-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. 63 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Arnold Pool came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mike Westerink kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arjen de Boer in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute Folker Diggele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arjen de Boer in the 78th minute of the match. Mike Westerink's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mike Westerink helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sons of Strategy getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Mike Westerink hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Arjen de Boer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Venegas during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Sons of Strategy players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
