In the 4th minute Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ were awarded a corner. Artur de Andrade went to the cornerflag to take it. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Artur de Andrade was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lautaro Navarro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 6 minutes into the game, Juan Aleso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11thth minute of the game Juan Aleso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Silas de Brito came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Aleso's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anıl Şahan in the 14th minute of play. The throw-in from Artur de Andrade in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Artur de Andrade got a throw-in 18 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Juan Aleso. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Aleso in the 21st minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Sebastian Villa scored to the left of an out of position Wiliam Simão, making the score, 1-1. In the 29th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Artur de Andrade got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute, Luca Espinar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Aleso's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silas de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Aleso in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Aleso came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl Şahan in the 48th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Aleso made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Tiago Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Juan Aleso took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Lautaro Navarro to make any attempt to save it. Juan Aleso took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oier Lopez de Toro got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ made a substitution. Wambasther van Dijk replaced Artur de Andrade. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Onur Kaya was substituted for Jailson Domingues. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Aleso in the 76th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Juan Aleso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Juan Aleso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Anton Antonescu got a free kick in the 84th minute. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Aleso in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ's Oier Lopez de Toro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Silas de Brito sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cruzmaltinos FC - DMZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
