With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Birdal Nuratay saved SARAY A.Ş from getting behind. SARAY A.Ş's Birdal Nuratay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gürhan Tüzeman in the 16th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Antonello Ragazzoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SARAY A.Ş's Birdal Nuratay. Birdal Nuratay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Birdal Nuratay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ant Temizkan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ant Temizkan came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SARAY A.Ş's Birdal Nuratay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save SARAY A.Ş from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the game, Demiralp Şömel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SARAY A.Ş's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. Demiralp Şömel kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürhan Tüzeman in the 69th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zheng Li Ling, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Gürhan Tüzeman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birdal Nuratay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 75th minute of the match. SARAY A.Ş's Birdal Nuratay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save SARAY A.Ş from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute, Demiralp Şömel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ecuador booed when SARAY A.Ş was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebiu Molodețiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The SARAY A.Ş fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
