Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Campus Douro Academy's Eliseu Bragança played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 4th minute of play. Vedat Burçhan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Campus Douro Academy's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseu Bragança came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Campus Douro Academy's Eliseu Bragança was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vedat Burçhan kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 13thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Ecuador's keeper Julio Vera was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Eliseu Bragança made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseu Bragança saved Campus Douro Academy from getting behind. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. If Álvaro Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Eliseu Bragança tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Álvaro Machado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseu Bragança showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vedat Burçhan in the 35th minute. With his leg Julio Vera managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Campus Douro Academy's Vedat Burçhan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 37 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliseu Bragança made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 45 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Montay came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vedat Burçhan scored 1-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Ecuador were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vedat Burçhan made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Eliseu Bragança in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Álvaro Machado's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Álvaro Machado helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Campus Douro Academy getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Álvaro Machado hit a great ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Montay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Rodolfo Montay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Álvaro Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Rodolfo Montay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Campus Douro Academy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by André Pestana in the 80th minute. The corner led Campus Douro Academy's André Pestana to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Campus Douro Academy's Vedat Burçhan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Bragança having to interfere. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Campus Douro Academy to leave the ground with a draw.
