The referee showed Paulino Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 12 played minutes Berisso Dortmund got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Garcia. 14 minutes into the game, Jamie Burton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berisso Dortmund the free kick. In the 14th minute, Jamie Burton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santiago Bitxintxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralph Turner in the 17th minute of the match. Jenkins Turner hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Prospero Lander took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rufus Haydock to make any attempt to save it. 27 minutes into the game, Prospero Lander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rufus Haydock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dwight Jeffress during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 36 minutes into the game, Ralph Turner cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Santiago Bitxintxo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute, Dwight Jeffress left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roger Oreilly to make the kick off. After 55th play minutes Roger Oreilly shot 2-4, a short shot which went by Santiago Bitxintxo and just under the crossbar into goal. After 57 played minutes AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Jenkins Turner. In the 64th minute, Dwight Jeffress reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Santiago Bitxintxo. The goal made the score 2-5. In the 68th match minute, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dwight Jeffress to maneuver through the defense. Rufus Haydock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Tab, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Rufus Haydock came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Berisso Dortmund's Prospero Lander. But to his dismay, Prospero Lander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. In the 79th match minute, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamie Burton to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute of the match Cleto Abella sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rufus Haydock skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Tab in the 84th minute of play forced AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's goalkeeper Rufus Haydock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute Roger Oreilly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Bitxintxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Roger Oreilly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santiago Bitxintxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralph Turner in the 94th minute of the match. The Berisso Dortmund supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's performance. The match ended with a win for AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB.
