Ove Lindberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víctor Urioste in the 2nd minute of the match. Ove Lindberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Víctor Urioste went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ragnar Ekgren kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The supporters of C.A. GUAYACO booed when Moodys IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christopher Kinnman didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Wik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Hugo Mejia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Wik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vela Garros in the 26th minute of play forced Moodys IF's goalkeeper Ove Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Vela Garros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ove Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vela Garros in the 36th minute of play. After some careless play in the Moodys IF defense, Víctor Urioste kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ove Lindberg. The Moodys IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ove Lindberg should have stopped the shot. After the first half C.A. GUAYACO were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

51 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's goalkeeper Ove Lindberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vela Garros. Moodys IF's Ove Lindberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Moodys IF from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Víctor Urioste in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ove Lindberg saved Moodys IF from getting behind. Ove Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Víctor Urioste in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute Víctor Urioste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ove Lindberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When C.A. GUAYACO's Víctor Urioste in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moodys IF's goalie prevented a goal. Ove Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Víctor Urioste in the 66th minute of play. David Wik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Mejia having to interfere. Ove Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vela Garros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, C.A. GUAYACO got a penalty, and Gomez Argüelles placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Ingvar Knutsson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Ove Lindberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víctor Urioste in the 88th minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's goal looked a bit too open when Víctor Urioste came free, but Ove Lindberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Víctor Urioste in the 89th minute of play forced Moodys IF's goalkeeper Ove Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hugo Mejia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Wik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moodys IF were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after C.A. GUAYACO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Måns Skräddare took the corner. 95 minutes into the match, C.A. GUAYACO's goal looked a bit too open when Måns Skräddare came free, but Hugo Mejia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Wik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugo Mejia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The C.A. GUAYACO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
