Vic Vandommele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Alberto Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Vic Vandommele was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the match, Kong Ping notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of MorFor Jugglers's Vic Vandommele. Vic Vandommele was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Laus Deo's Arsenio Manni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Laus Deo from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Arsenio Manni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 杨远战 in the 54th minute of play. Vic Vandommele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Acácio Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boğaç İstanbul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Manni having to interfere. MorFor Jugglers's Boğaç İstanbul got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Acácio Porto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Vic Vandommele made a huge save. With his leg Vic Vandommele managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Laus Deo's Acácio Porto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
