Delmar Ignado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 9th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Rashford in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edvin van der Sar saved Senator S.A.K from getting behind. Fırat Çakıroğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Delmar Ignado made a huge save. 26 minutes into the match, Kanalla F.C's goalkeeper Delmar Ignado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fırat Çakıroğlu. After 27 played minutes Senator S.A.K got a freekick which was hit by Ziemowit Mis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Libertad in the 37th minute of play forced Senator S.A.K's goalkeeper Edvin van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Edvin van der Sar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcus Rashford to strike the kick off in the second half. Fırat Çakıroğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Delmar Ignado having to make a save. In the 52nd minute, Conrado Mogel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvin van der Sar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Rashford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Senator S.A.K's Mehmet Akif Baycan got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the game, Kanalla F.C's Ercüment Tanju nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvin van der Sar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Delmar Ignado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fırat Çakıroğlu in the 69th minute of the match. After 70 minutes Kanalla F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alim Eslem who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Alim Eslem almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kanalla F.C's Delmar Ignado did a great save. Zygmunt Kaznocha's late challenge caught a Senator S.A.K's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zygmunt Kaznocha helped the player get up and apologised. Zygmunt Kaznocha kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Kanalla F.C's zone, Fırat Çakıroğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Ignado came out of the goal and Fırat Çakıroğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 93rd minute of the match Zygmunt Kaznocha completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zygmunt Kaznocha a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Zygmunt Kaznocha kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kanalla F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
