Meng Yan Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Cebrian in the 9th minute of play. When Artur Marajda fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abandon All Hope's protests and gave Artur Marajda a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes Abandon All Hope got a freekick which was hit by Artur Marajda. Meng Yan Jing didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Rashford went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Abandon All Hope's zone, Augusto Cebrian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Meng Yan Jing came out of the goal and Augusto Cebrian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kanalla F.C's Marcus Rashford quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jiang Sang Qing, made in the 23rd minute of the game. Kanalla F.C's Arturo Gombal quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Artur Marajda, made in the 27th minute of the game. If Marcus Rashford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Meng Yan Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Rashford in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes, Gilbert Gorzkiewicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abandon All Hope and the Kanalla F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, Abandon All Hope was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbert Gorzkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Marcus Rashford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kanalla F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcus Rashford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Meng Yan Jing breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Kanalla F.C getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Lisandro Quintyn hit a great ball. Artur Marajda kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Michal Arendarski made the kick off in the second half. Meng Yan Jing didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Rashford went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 62nd minute, Marcus Rashford left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kanalla F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Delmar Ignado came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Abandon All Hope's Michal Arendarski. But to his dismay, Michal Arendarski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Kanalla F.C's zone, Gilbert Gorzkiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Ignado came out of the goal and Gilbert Gorzkiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute, Artur Marajda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Cebrian's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Meng Yan Jing firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 80th minute, Michal Arendarski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ercüment Tanju blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Meng Yan Jing having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ye Hong in the 86th minute of play forced Kanalla F.C's goalkeeper Delmar Ignado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Quintyn kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Kanalla F.C's Ercüment Tanju slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Meng Yan Jing. That made the score 1-4 after 93 minutes of play. The Abandon All Hope supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kanalla F.C's performance. The match ended with a win for Kanalla F.C.
