Silvano Natal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 14th minute Teodoro Durães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Natal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvano Natal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Vilela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvano Natal came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Angrense's Teodoro Durães. But to his dismay, Teodoro Durães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Emanuel Pereira scored 0-5 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvano Natal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Scarface's Silvano Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Durães in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Dalmacio Orzaize hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute of the match Alfredo Arruda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silvano Natal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tomás Abrantes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Inocencio Gorri kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Emanuel Pereira took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvano Natal. Silvano Natal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. In the 71st minute, Aquiles Cilio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th match minute, Scarface was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Botello to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Durães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvano Natal having to interfere. With a little luck, Scarface's Silvano Natal got control of the ball when Teodoro Durães tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulo Belém showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Botello, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 84 minutes, Dalmacio Orzaize mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Scarface and the SC Angrense players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Durães got free with Silvano Natal in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 91st match minute, SC Angrense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Rego to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute of the match Honorato Rafe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Belém showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
