Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Haroldo Corderun got the match started through his kick off. Marcelo Rossi came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Matador's Pastor Bartuelo. But to his dismay, Pastor Bartuelo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 5th minute, Ciriaco Richie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the game, Gui Joinvilense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Emilio Sugar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcelo Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Corderun, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gui Joinvilense in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilio Sugar saved Matador from getting behind. Gui Joinvilense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Zhou Hai Nan hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's Emilio Sugar threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gui Joinvilense, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 25th minute Haroldo Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's Marcelo Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Martxot in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Bartuelo came free, but Marcelo Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Matador's goalkeeper Emilio Sugar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jacinto Cearense kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernando Soeiro during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. Bernardino Truylos struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Marcelo Rossi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matador. Fernando Soeiro hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Manuel Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 44 minutes, Pastor Bartuelo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Bartuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47thth minute of the game Eliseo Martxot who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's Marcelo Rossi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gui Joinvilense was the one to do the kick off. A nice corner shot did that Anderson Albuquerque got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emilio Sugar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emilio Sugar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhou Hai Nan in the 57th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Sidnei Simões put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Matador:s goal. Marcelo Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Bartuelo in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Gui Joinvilense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Sugar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Matador's Cristo Evis got a free kick in the 70th minute. When Gui Joinvilense came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gui Joinvilense couldn't finish the play. After 72 played minutes Matador got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Rodas. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gui Joinvilense in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Sugar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Haroldo Corderun during the 79th minute. HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE's Gui Joinvilense got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Zhou Hai Nan came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE fans jumped to their feet. The referee ignored Matador's protests and gave Eliseo Martxot a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Matador's goalkeeper Emilio Sugar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Matador players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented HENRICÃO FUTEBOL CLUBE from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
