Falcão Garcia started the match with the kick off. Emilio Sugar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Motta, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Ezequiel Hermes hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Garcia in the 8th minute of play forced Matador's goalkeeper Emilio Sugar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilio Sugar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Motta in the 12th minute of the match. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Kaxen in the 14th minute of play. Teobaldo Mannuel kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Haroldo Corderun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Tiago Gabriel Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Matador's Haroldo Corderun dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After some careless play in the Vae Victis!! defense, Haroldo Corderun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiago Gabriel Cabral. The Vae Victis!! fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiago Gabriel Cabral should have stopped the shot. Haroldo Corderun took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tiago Gabriel Cabral. Tiago Gabriel Cabral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 32 minutes into the match, Vae Victis!!'s goalkeeper Tiago Gabriel Cabral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haroldo Corderun. Eliseo Martxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Gabriel Cabral having to interfere. After 35 played minutes Vae Victis!! got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Motta. Emilio Sugar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vitório Pimenta went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 40thth minute of the game Falcão Garcia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Matador's Emilio Sugar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Eliseo Martxot sent off a good shot on target. Vae Victis!!'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Victorino Kaxen scored to the left of an out of position Tiago Gabriel Cabral, making the score, 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haroldo Corderun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Matador's Emilio Sugar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Matador from getting a goal against them. In the 59th minute, Falcão Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiago Gabriel Cabral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Haroldo Corderun went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute, Haroldo Corderun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Gabriel Cabral was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. 66 minutes into the match, Vae Victis!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Corderun came free, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 67 minutes on the clock, Bernardino Truylos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 67th match minute, Matador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardino Truylos to maneuver through the defense. Vae Victis!!'s Greg Moore was substituted for Falcão Garcia. In the 69th minute, Bernardino Truylos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Haroldo Corderun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. 73 minutes into the match, Vae Victis!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Corderun came free, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matador's Eliseo Martxot got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute Haroldo Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vae Victis!!'s zone, Haroldo Corderun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago Gabriel Cabral came out of the goal and Haroldo Corderun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. José Maria Teixeira charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Maria Teixeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. José Maria Teixeira hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Tiago Gabriel Cabral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Rodas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Greg Moore got free with Emilio Sugar in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Denis Lastur charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Denis Lastur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 90 played minutes Matador got a freekick which was hit by Denis Lastur. When Greg Moore came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Vae Victis!! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Greg Moore couldn't finish the play.
