Carlos Fernando de Lara started the match with the kick off. Tiago Gabriel Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Fernando de Lara in the 2nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmar Marinho in the 7th minute of play forced Vae Victis!!'s goalkeeper Tiago Gabriel Cabral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osmar Marinho in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiago Gabriel Cabral saved Vae Victis!! from getting behind. Vitório Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Soeiro having to interfere. Duda Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitório Pimenta in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match, Vitório Pimenta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Duda Soeiro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Aesir FC FSCMZ booed when Vae Victis!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Motta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Fernando de Lara in the 36th minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Osmar Marinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osmar Marinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Falcão Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Duda Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th match minute, Vae Victis!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bebeto Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Fernando de Lara came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tiago Gabriel Cabral could save by the left post. In the 61st minute Délio Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Vae Victis!!'s goalkeeper Tiago Gabriel Cabral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Fernando de Lara. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitório Pimenta in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Duda Soeiro saved Aesir FC FSCMZ from getting behind. Osmar Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 68th minute Vitório Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duda Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vae Victis!!'s Tiago Gabriel Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Fernando de Lara in the 70th minute of play. Tiago Gabriel Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osmar Marinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. If Vitório Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vae Victis!!'s Renan Sabóia was substituted for Juninho Lopes. Tiago Gabriel Cabral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Fernando de Lara in the 91st minute. A collision led to Vae Victis!! getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Filipe Motta hit a great ball. After 93 played minutes Carlos Fernando de Lara rounded Vae Victis!!'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. The Vae Victis!! fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Aesir FC FSCMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
