When Aykan Şatıroğlu came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Tarsus İdman Yurdu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aykan Şatıroğlu couldn't finish the play. Arkın Taşboğa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsmail Durusoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When Tarsus İdman Yurdu's İsmail Durusoy in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFC Richmond's goalie prevented a goal. Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Mikail Metiner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Tarsus İdman Yurdu from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the game, Gonzalo Cuenca threw the ball into play from the sideline. Tarsus İdman Yurdu's İskender Baki Rafih quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 20 minutes into the match, Silvio Amor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mikail Metiner, 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İsmail Durusoy in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arkın Taşboğa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Ciprian Bârlea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, AFC Richmond's goal looked a bit too open when İsmail Durusoy came free, but Arkın Taşboğa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arkın Taşboğa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Durusoy in the 37th minute of play. Arkın Taşboğa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Bârlea in the 44th minute of the match. Arkın Taşboğa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciprian Bârlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Tarsus İdman Yurdu getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Bayezit Macit hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

64 minutes into the match, AFC Richmond's goalkeeper Arkın Taşboğa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by İsmail Durusoy. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Arkın Taşboğa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. AFC Richmond's Remicio Price was substituted for Emiel Pinksteren. AFC Richmond's Sandro Cavareda was substituted for Rafael Maria Cousiño. AFC Richmond made a substitution. Fernando Tolhauzsen replaced Vinicio Celada. In the 74th minute Silvio Amor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikail Metiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 played minutes AFC Richmond got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Cavareda. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Richmond's zone, Aykan Şatıroğlu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arkın Taşboğa came out of the goal and Aykan Şatıroğlu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tarsus İdman Yurdu's İsmail Durusoy got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikail Metiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Amor in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Willy Píriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikail Metiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AFC Richmond walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
