In the 26th minute Spyros Karastamatis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikail Metiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th play minute Spyros Karastamatis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mikail Metiner. 0-11. When the match was over Manchester United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tarsus İdman Yurdu throughout the match.
