After a rather tough play, AFC Richmond's Willy Píriz got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Poças in the 27th minute of play forced AFC Richmond's goalkeeper Arkın Taşboğa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by AFC Richmond's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vítor Bettencourt was slow to take the kick. During this time SC Luzim's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Vítor Bettencourt got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arkın Taşboğa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC Richmond's goalkeeper Arkın Taşboğa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salvador Poças scored 1-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arkın Taşboğa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arkın Taşboğa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renato Ferrão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Salvador Poças's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arkın Taşboğa was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 95thth minute of the game Salvador Poças who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Richmond's Arkın Taşboğa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The SC Luzim supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SC Luzim would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
