Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucas Zarco started the match with the kick off. Spyros Karastamatis took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolas Neto. Nicolas Neto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lucas Zarco succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 14th playminute. 18 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goalkeeper Iosif Puric had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renato Ferrão. Stelios Panousis hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Vítor Bettencourt sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Manchester United's Iosif Puric didn't even have to move. Nicolas Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt in the 22nd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the game, SC Luzim's Salvador Poças nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iosif Puric made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 29th minute, Caetano Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Iosif Puric successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nicolas Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelios Panousis, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Lucas Zarco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Iosif Puric made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Nicolas Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kosmas Simertzidis in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Tomás Lisboa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Luzim's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester United the free kick. After 53 played minutes SC Luzim got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Lisboa. Nicolas Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spyros Karastamatis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomás Lisboa might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iosif Puric. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomás Lisboa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 58th match minute, SC Luzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute Jorge Albuquerque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Puric saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 minutes Manchester United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Vítor Bettencourt who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Vítor Bettencourt got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Iosif Puric quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caetano Cruz during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SC Luzim getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Caetano Cruz hit a great ball. Nicolas Neto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Copil in the 66th minute. After 68 played minutes SC Luzim got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Lisboa. Manchester United's Iosif Puric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Poças in the 70th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Salvador Poças who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester United's Iosif Puric was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SC Luzim were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Manchester United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vítor Bettencourt took the corner. Salvador Poças hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Manchester United's Iosif Puric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Albuquerque in the 84th minute of play. Iosif Puric showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Ferrão, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Copil got free with Nicolas Neto in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Renato Ferrão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Luzim fans cheered their team off the field, for while Manchester United had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
