Antonello Ragazzoni made a great header on SARAY A.Ş's corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Birdal Nuratay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute Gürhan Tüzeman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SARAY A.Ş getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Hermínio Furtado hit a great ball. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birdal Nuratay having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 minutes, Joel Gaona mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mexico and the SARAY A.Ş players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dante Lacasa was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Zheng Li Ling capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zheng Li Ling really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. 73 minutes into the match, SARAY A.Ş's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Birdal Nuratay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Birdal Nuratay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 78th minute of the match. When Hassan Briso fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SARAY A.Ş's protests and gave Hassan Briso a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes SARAY A.Ş got a freekick which was hit by Hassan Briso. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Zheng Li Ling sent off a good shot on target. Antonello Ragazzoni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Yao Xiang Sheng's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yao Xiang Sheng helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to SARAY A.Ş getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Yao Xiang Sheng hit a great ball. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Birdal Nuratay having to make a save. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mexico players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
