Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 6th minute of play forced Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Meng Yan Jing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Abandon All Hope's Gilbert Gorzkiewicz. But to his dismay, Gilbert Gorzkiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 10th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Abandon All Hope's Fu Wei Di got a free kick in the 18th minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Arendarski in the 26th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Meng Yan Jing was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Meng Yan Jing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 minutes, Ye Hong mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abandon All Hope and the Venezuela players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ye Hong hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michal Arendarski in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michal Arendarski to make the kick off. Jose Correa was shown his second yellow card after 50 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 56th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Jiang Sang Qing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Gorzkiewicz in the 67th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Arendarski went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Fu Wei Di made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ye Hong however managed to control. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezuela! When Fu Wei Di fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abandon All Hope's protests and gave Fu Wei Di a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd match minute, Abandon All Hope was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fu Wei Di to maneuver through the defense. Abandon All Hope were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
