Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Zorita kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michal Arendarski in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. In the 8th minute, Jiang Sang Qing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meng Yan Jing having to interfere. After 32 minutes, Fu Wei Di mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abandon All Hope and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Daniel Zorita, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Felix Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Montenegro couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Meng Yan Jing was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 41 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Meng Yan Jing. Abandon All Hope's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Abandon All Hope was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucjan Borczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Meng Yan Jing made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ye Hong in the 56th minute of the match. Meng Yan Jing made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Meng Yan Jing had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Andino. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Arendarski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Meng Yan Jing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Meng Yan Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Ye Hong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Meng Yan Jing had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Meng Yan Jing read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ye Hong, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Ye Hong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere.
