If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Madeiro's Víctor Rapado got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Alex Arribas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodosio Eli was the one to do the kick off. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Madeiro's Szymon Sochacki managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Szymon Sochacki saved Madeiro from getting behind. Ahmet Hayri Ilıcan hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Szymon Sochacki. That made the score 0-3 in the 95 minute of play.
