The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gonzalo Otsoko to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chelsea Headhunters's Matthew McKail was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Mariano Lacasa sped through Chelsea Headhunters's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matthew McKail. In the 57th match minute, Chelsea Headhunters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 孟坤誉 to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Matthew McKail made a huge save. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chelsea Headhunters's goalkeeper Matthew McKail, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Guillermo Fontirroig hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rodion Cămătaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Rodion Cămătaru took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Matthew McKail made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. Mariano Lacasas short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Matthew McKail to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Chelsea Headhunters getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. 孟坤誉 hit a great ball. The Chile supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chile would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
