The audience was convinced that Adam Tănăsie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ricardo Zorita was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After the first half -BZF- Barca de Buzau were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of -BZF- Barca de Buzau booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Leguizamo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jock Tare's shot from short distance in the 75th minute.
