Pedro Manzanares was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, SPARROWS's goalkeeper Vitko Hadzhiiliev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kevin Mastache. Conny Gudmundsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Chen Yi Ran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lionel Haaland in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Kevin Mastache left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Conny Gudmundsson came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the SPARROWS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conny Gudmundsson couldn't finish the play. SPARROWS's Aan 周瑜 was substituted for Rayko Tzolovski.

If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chen Yi Ran in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. SPARROWS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick. In the 99th minute, Chen Yi Ran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Colombia had won after a very even match.
