Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Amerigo Rosini in the 8th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Chile's goalie and right to Domenico Rosi. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Chile's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Marjus Laçka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Edmundson Ross tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marjus Laçka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariano Lacasa was slow to take the kick. During this time Chile's players had a chance to rest. ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s Marjus Laçka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s Edmundson Ross sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edmundson Ross might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Pliego. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmundson Ross ran back to his position shaking his head. ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s attentive Zhang Zheng Sheng managed to snatch the ball when Felix Garrido made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. 30 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundson Ross. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundson Ross in the 78th minute of play. Marjus Laçka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 79th minute. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s Domenico Rosi got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orlando Casaus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Xavier Figueroa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chile's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇ the free kick. The supporters of ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇ booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺ‍ᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chile's performance. The match ended with a win for Chile.
