Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gheorghe Musteatã narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gheorghe Musteatã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. FC Buiucani's Gheorghe Musteatã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 11th minute of play. Gheorghe Musteatã showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 16th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Stefan Inculet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Stefan Inculet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 21st minute of play forced FC Buiucani's goalkeeper Gheorghe Musteatã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, FC Buiucani's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Gheorghe Musteatã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gheorghe Musteatã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when FC Buiucani's Stefan Inculet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after FC Buiucani's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Luca Zorita managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 38th minute, FC Buiucani's Daniel Lazãr ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 45th minute of play forced FC Buiucani's goalkeeper Gheorghe Musteatã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. 47 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Isai came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 56th minute Denis Cãpraru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute Daniel Lazãr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Cãpraru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. FC Buiucani's Gheorghe Musteatã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 69th minute of play. After 71 played minutes FC Buiucani got a freekick which was hit by Alexei Dobã. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Gheorghe Musteatã in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gheorghe Musteatã made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Alberto Tafalla fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 82 minutes into the match, Luca Zorita notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Buiucani's Gheorghe Musteatã. Gheorghe Musteatã was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 85th minute of play forced FC Buiucani's goalkeeper Gheorghe Musteatã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gheorghe Musteatã didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Gheorghe Musteatã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Alberto Tafalla fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mexico's protests and gave Alberto Tafalla a yellow card for diving instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
