With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Mai Shu Yang tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Maxim Tilea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Maxim Tilea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Maxim Tilea came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Arrebimba o Malho SLB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maxim Tilea couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Angelo Quintela sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maxim Tilea. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Maxim Tilea slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mai Shu Yang in the 53rd minute of play. Daniel Palmquist hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Man Fish tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Man Fish made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 58th minute of play. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Tilea came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Man Fish showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 71st minute of the match. Man Fish made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goalkeeper Man Fish had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Tilea in the 76th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maxim Tilea in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 81 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Hao Fan Yong came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Man Fish made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Arrebimba o Malho SLB's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
