With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abraham Alguacil in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apolo Egoitz saved Gotham Saray FC from getting behind. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Halil Ratkowski in the 13th minute of the match. Halil Ratkowski took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Niko Kalweit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. Apolo Egoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Serkan Gaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gotham Saray FC's Leik Blumenthal got a free kick in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 32nd minute of play forced Gotham Saray FC's goalkeeper Apolo Egoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Gotham Saray FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Apolo Egoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Dylan Sarmiento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gotham Saray FC the free kick. In the 38th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 39 minutes, Frank Cremer-Ricken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gotham Saray FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Cremer-Ricken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 43rd minute of play forced Gotham Saray FC's goalkeeper Apolo Egoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gotham Saray FC's Apolo Egoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Berganza made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Serkan Gaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Frank Cremer-Ricken kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute, Abraham Alguacil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serkan Gaar in the 61st minute of play. When Dylan Sarmiento was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. After 64 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Dylan Sarmiento. After 65 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Ros. Serkan Gaar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Egoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rdth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gotham Saray FC's Apolo Egoitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 75th minute, Frank Cremer-Ricken left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gotham Saray FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panama's Felipe Ros got his second yellow card of the match in the 81st minute. The referee ordered Felipe Ros off the ground. After 81 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Ros. Gotham Saray FC's Hans Grabs was substituted for Serkan Gaar. In the 82nd match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ros to maneuver through the defense. Gotham Saray FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
