Haiti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guib Abarca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Guib Abarca came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Octavia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guib Abarca couldn't finish the play. Haiti's attentive Ernso Constant managed to snatch the ball when Nicollao Abad made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. In the 12th minute, Ernso Constant left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Haiti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 19 minutes, Jonathan Alphonse made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Octavia's Veronica Abella tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Guib Abarca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Octavia's supporters rose to their feet, but Guib Abarca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Seide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Alphonse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Raymond Louis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guib Abarca in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Guib Abarca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Guib Abarca came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Alphonse. Osoro Abalos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. Noel Seide was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Guib Abarca showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 77 minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guib Abarca. Guib Abarca struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Noel Seide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Octavia. 86 minutes into the match, Octavia's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Alphonse came free, but Veronica Abella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Veronica Abella was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodney Emmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Haiti were victorious despite being under pressure from Octavia for much of the match.
