Troy Kennedy didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Alf Åström from long distance, 9 minutes into the match, got Bruno Barrett's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 15 minutes into the game, Lochlan Newman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curacao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holm SK the free kick. Holm SK's Andreas Lundqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Holm SK from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Holm SK's Andreas Lundqvist got control of the ball when Jaiden Hudson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Kyle Davies reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andreas Lundqvist. The goal made the score 1-3. After 90 minutes, Jaiden Hudson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Holm SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Jaiden Hudson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andreas Lundqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rocco Owen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Curacao's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
