Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Honduras's Edmundo Espiga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fastnet's Per-Olof Tunström got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sören Klintæus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthon Finnman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Olof Tunström in the 23rd minute of the match. Sören Klintæus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 24th minute of play. Anthon Finnman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alfons Gustavsson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Moises Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Leif Njurenius's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 70 played minutes Fastnet got a freekick which was hit by Leif Njurenius. 70 minutes into the match, Fastnet's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Sören Klintæus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Per-Olof Tunström made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The coaching staff of Honduras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Emanuel Ocampo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fastnet had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
