With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Edson-Arantes Maradona tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bartosz Furgat received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartosz Furgat slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 18th minute. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartosz Furgat's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The corner led TheLastDance's Addo Schiersand to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Ángel Angulo in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as TheLastDance's Edson-Arantes Maradona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 3-0 after 36 minutes of play. Miguel Ángel Angulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The TheLastDance fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when TheLastDance's Miguel Ángel Angulo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Bartosz Furgat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edson-Arantes Maradona in the 45th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rik Oorschot kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Korneliusz Ochabski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TheLastDance fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Ángel Angulo in the 59th minute of play. When Qian Bin Zhen came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the TheLastDance fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Qian Bin Zhen couldn't finish the play. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Edson-Arantes Maradona came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Ángel Angulo in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Joshua Secada hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute Miguel Ángel Angulo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edson-Arantes Maradona in the 84th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Correa's late challenge caught a TheLastDance's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Correa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Bartosz Furgat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. TheLastDance's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
